July – September
Pumpkin, loofah, amaranth, sweet potato, sweet peppers, mixed herbs.
October – December
Pak choi, choy sum, beetroot, potatoes, celery, curly lettuce.
This is what the field usually gives at each point in the year. Heavy rain or a pest run can shift it a week or two; we tell you rather than filling the gap with bought-in produce.

Three hectares at Don Duong
A family field worked by two of us year-round and three more in season. We rotate and cover-crop instead of spraying, so we grow less than a greenhouse does — and the soil is still there for whoever farms it next.
