What the rate covers
Collision cover
Excess capped at two million per incident.
Delivery and return

24-hour roadside help
Within 150km, with a replacement car inside four hours.
Distance allowance
350km a day, then 3,000 VND per extra kilometre.
What to bring
Missing any one of these and we cannot hand over the car. Call first and we will work something out rather than have you make the trip.
Full driving licence
Valid original. An international permit must come with the passport.
Identity card
Original, checked and handed straight back.
Deposit
Cash, bank transfer, or a motorbike with its papers.
Hold a car
Pick a car and a date and we call back within ten minutes to fix the handover time. Nothing is charged at this step.
